The cake pans were designed by Jan and fashioned after boxwood gardens of the 18th century. She also drew inspiration from the water gardens at Oheka Castle on Long Island. The English Boxwood Garden Cake was first presented in the Spring/Summer 2007 issue of Brides Receptions magazine. Rounded edges and gently curved surfaces become an instant frame for delicate sugar work---oh so difficult to decorate, but oh so wonderful to eat!
